RETURNS & REFUNDS

To get in touch with us about returns, send an email to hello@charmants-studio.com.

As long as production has not begun, we will try our best to fulfill your request to cancel an order. Please get in touch with us right away, and we'll give you a complete refund.

Please let us know within 14 days of receipt if your item is damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all in the unlikely event that it did. We will then send a free replacement. We will pay the return shipping costs if you received the incorrect item and would like a refund.

Within 14 days of delivery, you may return any prints or frames you no longer want as long as they are still in their original packaging and condition.

The original outbound shipping fee for framed artworks and previously exchanged items will be subtracted from the amount of the refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
